SHIPPING POLICY

✦For PreOrder items, you can choose payment later or payment upfront if the option is available.

✦IF YOU CHOSE PAYMENT LATER, PAYMENT WILL BE SEPARATE BETWEEN DEPOSIT AND SHIPPING PAYMENT. First payment will be the deposit for the items, and the second payment will be for the shipping fee payment. The second payment link/invoice will be sent to you once the items are ready to be shipped. 

✦YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS AFTER THE INVOICE/LINK ARE SENT TO YOU, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANY TIME EXTENSION AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO EXTEND THE PAYMENT TIME FOR YOU. IF THERE ARE NO RESPONSE/NO PAYMENT MADE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE DEPOSIT.

✦All orders are processed within a week or more after the items arrived to my place. (excluding weekends and holidays) Please understand that I will be packing alone, so it might take longer.

✦You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Tracking number will be sent to the email you used when you ordered the items. Make sure to keep an eye on the tracking status.

✦INTERNATIONAL ORDER will arrive within 1 week or more after the items are shipped. Please be reminded that there might be delay due to COVID 19. I have no control over the items once it's shipped and won't be responsible for any delays/missing item/damage due to the post office carrier mishandling.

✦INTERNATIONAL ORDER may be required to pay for import fee to pay to your customs depending to your own countries

✦PLEASE DO NOT PUT PO BOX ADDRESS AS RECIPIENT.  Some countries have had cases of return shipping due to PO BOX address for some reason. I would like to avoid the chance of return shipping if possible. (return shipping : items are sent back to me because they are rejected/lost in the recipient countries)

✦I will be requiring complete address including phone number and will inform you regarding shipping details confirmation through emails before I ship the items. Any return shipping due to incomplete information/wrong address by the recipient/ recipient not being home will be shipped again to the recipient after recipient has paid again for the shipping fee. I would like to avoid such cases if possible, so please make sure everything is complete.
