✦What is a preorder?
PreOrder means ordering an item of merchandise before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. You will be funding the production of the item, and then it will take time to manufacture the order and shipped to me, before it can be sent to you. 

✦What shipment methods do you offer?

for International orders, ALL shipment will be using POS INDONESIA, except for Singapore and Malaysian orders, I will use RAYSPEED ASIA. For international orders, DO NOT USE PO BOX ADDRESS as it will be shipped back to my country even if they have reached your country. 

✦When will my plushie be shipped?
The plushies will take time around 6 months because my vendor is currently busy. Remember that it will take time for the plushie to be shipped to my country. Once the plush is shipped to my country, I will make sure to pack your plush ASAP! Once the items are handed off to the post office, I will be sending you tracking number to the email address you purchased with. I have no control over your item once it is given to the post office, so please check your tracking number & local post office periodically. I will be shipping from Indonesia. There might be unexpected delays in shipping which are beyond my control and I cannot offer refunds in the event shipping takes a long time. International orders should anticipate longer shipping times and may be required to pay import fees to your local customs office depending to your own country's law.

✦When will my items be shipped?(other than plushies)

Preorder items typically takes 1-2 months for the items to be in production, depending on the manufacturer. Shipment from the manufacturer to my country takes another 3 weeks before it can be shipped to you. I hope you can understand this process do take a while!

✦Do you offer refunds?
All sales are FINAL. I cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you have a problem with your order, please email me: matchariee@gmail.com
